A one bed roomed immaculately presented apartment on the ground floor in a much sought after location, 10-12 minutes’ walk from the city centre.
The apartment is 150 metres from the fabulous Swansea bay footpath (all flat) which runs all the way to Mumbles head, ideal for walking or cycling.
There are bars and award winning restaurants literally 5 minutes’ walk away so you can leave the car in the secure underground car park and enjoy a night out, the busier bars and restaurants in Wind St are 15 minutes’ walk away.
A 10 minute drive west and you enter the world famous Gower Peninsula, Britain’s first officially designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with the iconic Rhossili Bay and Worms Head amongst many breathtakingly beautiful places to see.
Despite there being so much to see and do the apartment is quiet and peaceful, ideal after a hard day’s walking, sightseeing or a night out.
The apartment is well equipped for a couple or a single person and has a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and a fully kitted kitchen. Bed linen and towels are, of course, provided. There is no garden but there is a small patio area with a table and chairs and a pleasant aspect looking across the old Kings Dock towards Kilvey Hill.
The beach is 5 minutes’ walk away across the iron bridge at the mouth of the river. WiFi is provided as are Freeview channels on the TV.
Being on the ground floor, it may be suitable for someone with limited mobility but there is a bath with shower over.
A lift from the underground parking space is just a few metres away.
