Built to modern specifications the sound and heat insulation are excellent. The underfloor heating has individual room controls to suit your requirements. The ventilation is a state of the art Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery System – no condensation or noisy extractors, and no need to open windows to remove cooking smells etc.

Turn right and just a five minutes stroll away you will find the historic Victorian Mumbles pier. Continue from here and you are on the glorious coastal footpath snaking around the Gower coast with a host of rocky inlets and sandy bays. Try you hand at paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing or fishing, they are all available on our doorstep.

Turn left out of the apartment and you are immediately on a wide, flat promenade that curves around the bay to Swansea. You will firstly pass the award winning real ale pub ‘The Pilot’. The gentle walk into the village takes approximately 10 minutes and on route there are a wealth of independent, cosy cafes, bistros, boutiques and gift shops. Everyday needs are also catered for in the small local supermarkets, bakeries, chemists, a traditional hardware shop and sports shops.

This spacious and clean apartment is perfectly located with amazing views. It’s pretty well kitted out and the owner provided a food gift box with items like teabags, coffee, milk, snacks etc. which was very thoughtful. The car park and lift and also a big bonus. We had a wonderful stay.

A fabulous apartment with beautiful views and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants in the mumbles. The apartment was really clean, stylishly furnished and there was plenty of room for a family of 2 teenagers, 2 adults and 2 dogs. Lift access to the underground garage was a real bonus, especially for transporting luggage etc.
Parking in the garage was a little tight however we do have a large SUV. We would love to return and can highly recommend a stay in this wonderful holiday home.
