Built in 1860, Bayview Cottage, Llangennith offers a wonderful opportunity for a relaxing peaceful holiday on the Gower Peninsular. It’s located on the edge of the popular village of Llangennith, convenient for the nearby famous surfing beach of Rhosilli Bay, or the calmer expanse of Broughton Bay. On your doorstep there’s fantastic countryside to explore and enjoy. The perfect holiday destination for outdoor activities or quiet relaxation.
Bayview Cottage offers complete privacy, situated in a quiet peaceful location at the end of a country lane. After entering through the five bar gate there is a large driveway stretching across the front of the property providing ample parking. Above the driveway at the side of the house is a barbeque and eating area with sea views. This extends around to the decking area at the back of the house. To the East side and front of the house are two lawned areas that catch the sunshine throughout the day.
Once through the front door into the lobby, you immediately feel the warmth and comfort of the cottage. There is a large kitchen diner with views to the front, and access to the decking area at the rear. The utility room off the back of the kitchen is equipped with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer. From the breakfast area there is an ornate wrought iron ladder giving access to the crog loft twin bedroom which also has views to the front. The large living room has an inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. Stairs lead up from the living room to three double bedrooms and a family bathroom. At the back of the living room is a doorway to a back hallway which gives access to a shower room and WC to one side, and the conservatory\garden room to the other.
