Church View Apartment is one of two apartments in a substantial Victorian terraced house facing All Saints Church in the heart of Mumbles. The apartments are available to let individually or together (see Church Park Villa). Combined they can accommodate up to 10 people.

Mumbles is the gateway to Gower. It offers a great range of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and other amenities including three supermarkets (Co-op, Tesco and Marks and Spencer). The local traders are excellent and sell everything you are likely to want including local fresh fish, meat, fruit & veg, cheese and crafts. There is a post office, a bookshop, an ironmongers, chemists, various clothes shops and the famous Joe’s ice cream parlour.

The promenade is close by, providing access to the pier, crazy golf, a watersport centre, cycle hire, cycle routes and the coast path. The bathing beaches of Bracelet and Langland are within walking distance. The lifeboat station and Oystermouth Castle are interesting local outings. A short car or bus ride takes you further onto the Gower peninsula or into the city centre of Swansea.

  • The apartment is on the ground floor. Access is via a shared entrance hall.
  • The large front bedroom has a comfortable king size divan bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. Seating is provided in the bay window which has lovely views over to the Church and the sea.
  • The second bedroom has twin beds, a chest of drawers and wardrobe.
  • The airy, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner is flooded with light from a long skylight.
  • The cosy sitting area has a sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is a dining table with 4 chairs.

  • The well equipped kitchen has an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washer-drier, dishwasher, toaster and Tassimo coffee machine.
  • The bathroom has a large free standing bath and separate shower cubicle with waterfall shower.
  • Wifi and a range of books and games are provided.
  • The apartment is decorated with original artworks.
  • There is rear access via french-doors to the side path.

Church Park is a quiet road but lies very close to all the amenities of the village so it is easy to pop out for a meal or to collect a take-away.
