Recently refurbished cottage in the heart of Mumbles situated at the gateway to The Gower and within a stone throw of the seafront. There is a private parking space on the rear lane with ample public car parking surrounding the property. Our Cottage comprises three double bedrooms (sleeps 6), with views across Swansea Bay plus a small pull-out sofa suitable for young children.

Cornwall place is located centrally and directly off the seafront. There are also multiple independent cafes, restaurants bars and supermarkets (including M&S Food) all within easy walking distance and the Gower within a 15-minute drive. The cottage is furnished and equipped to a high standard including, three smart TV’s, dishwasher, washer, dryer, Miele kitchen appliances and free Wifi access.

Such a memorable stay.
The house is beautiful and the location is perfect, right on the bay. Each morning, we’d take a walk to the local coffee shop (Mumbles coffee) and soak in the views before settling in to ‘work from home’ – with great WiFi and sea views. At the weekends, we enjoyed walks along the coast and swam in Langland bay. The hosts let us know of the best places to eat, and beaches which were best for swimming. A great stay, with fond lasting memories. Hopefully back soon.

The house is right on Swansea Bay (all the bedrooms have sea views!) and it’s only a 2-minute walk to the shops and restaurants in Mumbles. The house has been recently refurbished to a high standard with all the mod cons and excellent WiFi. The well designed and fully kitted out kitchen made it easy to cook meals. The hosts are great; they made sure we had everything we needed, they also gave us lots of recommendations on the best places to visit in Gower. I would definitely recommend; we had a great time.

We stayed here for 7 days at the end of August 2020.
The house is beautifully decorated and was so easy to live in with our young family (4-year-old twins). There was more than enough space for the four of us and I would definitely book again to enjoy with my parents/in laws. It was pure luxury!
The house is located perfectly. You are in the centre of Mumbles with all amenities, which is great for the regular wine and food supply trips! M&S is just around the corner! More importantly the property is perfect for taking in the wonderful view of The Mumbles.
We also liked the location for exploring more of the Gower - Rhossili Bay Beach in particular.
Furthermore, if you enjoy walking/running, there is a beautiful coastal path about 10 minutes’ walk from the property. Once at the path it’s about a 20-minute coastal path walk to Langland Bay, which is just lovely! I loved an early morning run along this path. Our children loved spending time on Langland Bay Beach.
