The Old Farm House lies off the main road in the village of Middleton just outside Rhossili on the Gower Peninsula.
Living Space
The traditional farmhouse kitchen is accessed through the entrance porch where there is plenty of space to hang coats and store shoes.
The fully fitted kitchen-diner has modern fitted appliances, including an induction hob, multi-function fan oven, dishwasher, fridge with a small freezer compartment, washing machine, toaster, kettle and microwave. All crockery, cutlery and saucepans as well as a blender are provided.
The open plan living/dining room has two comfortable sofas and floor cushions in front of a log burner as well as a TV and a large dining table seating ten people.
From the living room there is access to the conservatory to enjoy the garden on cooler days.
The property enjoys full central-heating and WiFi.
Bedrooms
Adjacent to the living room is a generous king size bedroom with an en-suite shower and toilet.
Upstairs are a further three king size bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, a generous twin room and a family bathroom including bath and separate shower. Each room has plenty of storage space and benefits from USB sockets to charge mobile phones and other devices.
Bed linen and one bath towel per guest are provided. Guests should bring their own beach towels and tea towels.
Outside
The garden wraps around the property which includes raised lawn areas and features a patio with outdoor furniture.
There is a washing line, outside tap and car port where you can rinse and dry your wetsuit and swimming costumes and store any beach equipment.
Things you should be aware of before you book:
Please no pets or smoking indoors.
The property is not suitable for young children under the age of 5, due to the hazards posed by low windows on the first floor and raised lawn areas in the garden.
There is off road parking in front of the garage for one car, however guests can use the lane to park further cars.
We request a £150 deposit to cover any damage, excessive breakages, or extra-cleaning.
