  • Both upstairs bedrooms have sea views. There are also giant beanbags for children to play on.
  • On the upstairs landing there is a second bathroom with toilet and basin.

  • There is 24-hour hot water and electric heaters connected to the Solar Panels.
  • Linen and towels are provided (one bath towel and one hand towel each) please bring your own beach towels.

  • Free WiFi and a Wireless Speaker for music via Bluetooth.
  • Large lounge with Smart TV and apps (Netflix, Amazon, BBC iPlayer etc).   Woodburning stove (ample wood provided), Leather sofa and armchair, plus two chairs that convert into single beds. There is also Piano – if you fancy a tinkle!
  • Leading from the lounge via large glass doors is the Conservatory where there are bamboo chairs with side tables and 2 child bamboo chairs. Here you can look out onto the lovely garden area and have access to the sand dunes and beach.
  • Fully equipped kitchen: Microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine with tumble dryer, toaster, water filter jug, electric tin opener, coffee percolator, BBQ and picnic dishes, tumblers etc. Recycling bins in storeroom.
  • Dining Room with seating for 8 with driftwood table and chairs. Plenty of tableware for family dining inside or outside on the Patio. Patio doors to Driveway at front, and doors leading to patio and garden.
  • There is a large welcoming hallway with hanging space for coats and plenty of room for sandy flip flops or muddy walking boots.

  • Walk in shower cubicle, (two showers one instant electric & one water heater fed) in the bathroom on the ground floor.
  • Front driveway for 4 cars you can also park on the front lawn if necessary.
  • Side double gate access to rear garden on LHS of house which leads to Self-check in Lock Box.
  • Rear Garden: Large mature garden (child safe and secure) with table & chairs, sun-loungers, and BBQ. Rear garden gate opens on the sand dunes with direct access to Horton and Port Eynon beach via a pathway. Garden Games Croquet set provided.
  • Pets allowed but not on beds, sofas/chairs/sun loungers. Please bring your own dog bed and bowls. Dogs are allowed on Horton beach all year around but only on the left hand side of the beach walking from the Lifeboat Station towards the beach. Dog poo bags provided and Dog poo bin in the car park two doors down, (there is a child/dog gate provided for the stairs which will need to be installed at your own risk.
  • Covid Rules: As a safety precaution on departure, please the strip bed linen and towels and place in the linen bags provided (on hooks behind the doors in bedrooms and bathroom).

Health and Safety

  • As Seacroft is so spacious it will be easy to maintain social distancing while being able to move around freely, you may also book with confidence regarding health safety knowing that we are strictly adhering to the Visit Wales cleaning protocol “GOOD TO GO” scheme, (description available on the Visit Wales Website.)
  • The Wood burner has a safety certificate and integral smoke alarms installed throughout. Some logs are provided but not firelighters and kindling. A full electrical safety certificate is available for inspection.
  • *Child/pet safety gates are available, but parents to take full responsibility for their correct installation (which is straightforward) and are asked to minimise damage to the paintwork.
  • There is a surgery in the next village Scurlage, Surgery times are in the Welcome Pack.
  • There is a defibrillator situated in the hedge on the bend going toward the hill

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Policy: Full refund up until 8 weeks prior to booking date for School Holidays and Bank Holidays.
  • Full refund up to 6 weeks prior to all other booking dates.

HOUSE Rules

  • Arrive after 5pm, vacate by 10am
  • No smoking anywhere inside the house, no parties.
  • IMPORTANT: Sanitary bins and disposal bags are provided for Sanitary products and Wet Wipes, as there is a Septic tank sewerage system which biodegrades waste but cannot process Sanitary products/cotton buds and Wet Wipes.
