Tiller Cottage is situated in the quiet village of Overton, overlooking Port Eynon Bay and the Bristol Channel. The village has no through roads as we are on the tip of the Gower Peninsula, which was declared the first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the UK.

Tiller cottage is South facing and has a large garden which is securely fenced so that small children can play in safety.
This very spacious property may be suitable for someone with disabilities providing that arrangements can be made to overcome the two small steps that lead into the cottage.
The ground floor comprises of a fully fitted kitchen, open plan lounge with dining area, one twin bedroom and a bathroom with separate shower unit.
The kitchen includes a table, four chairs and a bench, a washing machine, microwave, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, iron and ironing board. Crockery & utensils for six people are provided.
The further dining area has a table and chairs to seat six and adjoins the lounge that hosts a comfortable three piece suite, rocking chair, gas “log-effect” fire, colour tv and video. Patio doors lead outside to a paved area.
The large hallway leads to a twin bedded room and a bathroom with bath (with handles fitted to the wall for ease of use), shower attachment, wc and hand basin and a seperate free standing shower unit.
The first floor comprises a second bathroom, complete with bath, wc and hand basin, one double room and a second twin room. Both rooms are very spacious with lovely views of the fields and the sea.
A coal barbecue is also provided for your use.
