Glebe Farmhouse is a Grade II Listed Building and is a very special old house as it is not only the oldest inhabited house on Gower, it has its own unique, but friendly, ghost. It dates as far back as the 12th Century and has a wealth of history surrounding it. It was originally built for the powerful order of St John of Jerusalem and his knights. The barns are situated in the farm yard and when you sit on the patio you can relax and enjoy the ambience and spectacular views of such a peaceful and stunning hamlet of North Gower.

There are two barn conversions, this one sleeping up to five people (plus a cot) and the other sleeping two people, however there is an adjoining door between the two properties which is usually locked, but could be opened to make one larger property sleeping up to seven people plus a cot.

The Granary, Glebe Farm Barns Reviews

Our 7th year staying at the Stable and Granary, definitely the best holiday home in Wales! The weather was kind but not as kind as our wonderful hosts who are now firm friends. Annual trip to the Brit was true to form and the trips to Oxwich were fabulous. I love seeing Roxy Dog and the kittens, love from Evelyn. Thank you Andy and Tracey we will see you in 2016.

We have had a brilliant time. The best was seeing the cows and calves, ducks and chickens. I hope we come again soon from Orlando. Thank you for another lovely fortnight Tracey and Andy. See you again I'm sure.

Cosy cottage in the perfect location for exploring the Gower. Wonderful walks through dunes at Whiteford Bay with lots of wildflowers and buds. Great food at the Britannia Inn. Must visit Worm's Head for fantastic rock pools and seals.

A fantastic, if exhausting week in the Gower. Enjoyed staying at the Granary - beautiful location. Surfed at Llangennith Beach with Progress Surf - highly recommended. Also did gorge walking in the Brecon Beacons near Neath and sea kayaking from Oxwich Bay, both with Gower Adventures. Fantastic days and Oxwich Bay was beautiful.

We have had a wonderful week in this beautiful area. Walking most days from the door. The cottage was always a pleasure to return to and its situation totally relaxing. We hope to return just to make sure it was not all just a dream. Many thanks.

Ideal place for us to spend as a family. Grandparents able to enjoy time with their grandchildren :)
Definitely recommend the Britannia Inn and a walk at Three Cliffs Bay. Thank you.

What a wonderful location to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The area is stunning and unspoiled. We LOVED Whiteford Bay! Breathtaking! The community shop in Llanmadoc is delightful and the Britannia Inn was great for both food and drinks. The accommodation was perfect + well equipped. We will be back to the Gower for sure!!
