Bayview Cottage, Llanmadoc

Bayview Cottage lies within the boundary of Bayview House (also available to rent), Llanmadoc, within the village conservation area at the west end of the village near the St Madoc’s church.
The property is set off the road along a short track, providing a quiet location and yet is walking distance to the beach, Llanmadoc Hill and local amenities including community shop/post office/Cafe and the renowned Britannia Inn. Cwm Ivy Cafe a short walk down the hill on the way to or back from the beach!

The cottage sleeps 4.
Bedroom 1 has a King size bed.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds.
There is a large sitting room with two sofas, wood burning stove (log basket provided September – April), central heating & smart TV. Wifi is connected.
The kitchen /diner is fully equipped with oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a small table to seat 4.
The bathroom has a bath, separate shower, sink and loo with an adjacent utility area and washing machine & tumble dryer.
Outside the kitchen there is wooden picnic bench & umbrella and a small garden.
At the back of the property there is a sun trap terrace & BBQ plus an area to hang out washing etc.
Stunning views of the Loughor Estuary & Whiteford Sands are a step away.
Sheep, cattle and ponies roam the village and occupy our fields, so we can only welcome well behaved dogs that can be kept under control at all times.
