Bayview Cottage is a barn conversion within the boundary of Bayview, Llanmadoc which is situated within the village conservation area. The property is set off the road along a short track which provides a quiet location but is still close to the community shop and a ten minute walk to the village pub and a 20 minutes walk to the beach.

Outside South facing sun trap area with table and chairs and a charcoal Weber barbecue. A large area of lawn on the west side of the cottage for your sole use. There is a wooden picnic bench with umbrella just outside the kitchen door. Views of the Bury estuary a step away.
Dog policy We are a working smallholding with sheep and cattle with only a single gate between the garden and the fields, so we are only able to welcome well behaved dogs that can be kept under control at all times.
How to get here Follow the M4 to junction 47 (no matter what your sat nav tells you, using junction 47 takes you around Swansea instead of through the city) Travelling west on the M4 leave at junction 47, at the roundabout at the end of the slip road take the second exit on to the A483 for aproximately 1 mile. At the next roundabout turn right on to The A484 towards Llanelli for about 1 mile. At the next roundabout go straight on. After about half a mile, at the roundabout turn left on to the B4296 sign posted to Gowerton follow this road for about half a mile, under the railway bridge and up the small hill to the traffic lights. At the traffic lights turn right on to the B4295 follow this road for about 5 miles through Penclawdd, Crofty, Llanmorlais and Llanrhidian. (watch out for mobile speed cameras through Penclawdd, Crofty and Llanmorlais) Just after Llanrhidian is a village called Oldwalls with a pub called the Greyhound. Right at the Greyhound take the right hand fork marked Weobley Castle and follow this single track road with passing places for two and a half miles. This brings you into the village marked Cheriton carry straight on, pass the local pub called the Britannia and up the hill. When the hill flattens out watch out for the old red phone box on the left, just after the phone box take a slight left turn on to an unsealed road follow this road for about twenty yards and Bayview is the white house facing you. Bayview Cottage is to the rear through the gate at the side of the house. Welcome.
