The cottage can accommodate up to 8 guests. The first floor can accommodate 6 in one master bedroom with king-sized bed and ensuite, as well as a double bedroom and one twin bedroom (2’6” wide beds, adults also welcome!) that share a family bathroom. A further double bedroom with ensuite is conveniently located on the ground floor.
The entrance (with access to a downstairs WC) leads into the dining room with a large table – perfect for dining and board games – leading into a fully equipped kitchen that includes an induction hob, microwave, full-sized fridge freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, washer dryer and additional dining table and chairs.
The lounge is a well-proportioned space and benefits from a smart TV, relaxing sofa’s, a log burner, and the cottage’s original front door which provides access to a small outdoor seating area and a gate which makes the walk to the beach even shorter!
Accessed from the driveway, the main garden is grassed with a paved seating area and is fully enclosed for those who don’t leave home without the dog!
Private parking is available for 2 vehicles.
Port Eynon’s village amenities are within 100 meters of the cottage and include The Ship Inn and Smugglers Beach Bar & Kitchen which open all year round, whilst The Beach House Surf & Coffee Shop, two fish and chip shops and a gift shop open seasonally.
The cottage accepts up to 2 pets by prior arrangement provided they remain off all furniture and downstairs and are subject to a pet fee.
The cottage is let on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis during school holidays, whilst stays of a shorter duration are welcomed outside these dates.

This is a wonderful house, perfect for a group or family. You're a stones throw from the beach and the house has everything you could need. Deb is a brilliant host and provided loads of helpful information.
We booked Dean and Debbie's place for our summer holiday. The house is immaculate, with everything we needed. Debbie provided thoughtful and helpful details for the home and the local area. We had a wonderful week enjoying the beach, pub, coffee shop and walks from the door. Thank you!
Port Eynon Beach Cottage was extremely well presented, clean and well equipped. Deb was a friendly, responsive, welcoming host. She provided clear instructions enabling us to easily find and access the property and there was an excellent information pack in the cottage which suggested things to do locally and several walking routes to try. We also appreciated the welcome tray of local produce. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were excellent and the general living areas were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the private terrace in the sun. The property is in a great location for walking to the beach and along the coastal path. We booked ourselves a gin tasting at The Gower Gin Company which was in walking distance and also enjoyed a couple of meals in The Ship. Deb did pre warn us about the lack of mobile phone reception in the village (only one of the five of us had a signal). Reception was patchy across the Gower so it is an ideal place to get away from it all."
I am so impressed with firstly the hosts for keeping us up to date and being accessible and approachable throughout the renting of the cottage right through until we checked in. The cottage is very spacious and had plenty of room for 8 adults. It is beautifully decorated and has everything that you could possible want. The location is brilliant with The ship Inn opposite (really good food and beer) and the beach is literally a stones throw away. It is perfect for dogs as there are lots of walks from the door step and of course the sea!! Our Labrador couldn’t get enough of stick throwing in the waves. It is a beautiful part of the world and wonderful to escape to a peaceful place. I was impressed with everything the cottage offered and we would like to go back as a family again soon.
