‘We’re Good To Go’ – UK Tourism Industry Standard

08th September 2020

‘We’re Good to Go’ is the official UK Covid-19 industry standard which indicates that a tourism business has worked hard, with the safety of both its visitors and staff in mind, to follow government and industry COVID-19 guidelines.  The scheme is endorsed by Visit Britain which encompasses Visit Wales, Visit England, Visit Scotland and Tourism Northern Ireland.

A business which displays the ‘We’re Good to Go’ logo will have completed a risk assessment and have a system in place to not only comply with social distancing but also to maintain high levels of cleanliness.  If you are looking to book accommodation and are worried about your safety, then keep this in mind and look out for the logo.

When performing an accommodation search with Gower Holidays, you can choose from the ‘Advanced Search Options’ to look specifically for properties which are registered with the scheme.

More information about the We’re Good To Go scheme can be found on the Visit Britain website.

Visit Britain also have a searchable map/database of all the UK properties registered as “We’re Good To Go”.
