Our self contained 2 bedroom self catering holiday chalet is ideally situated on an open green within the Bayview complex. The front patio is fully enclosed with a glass balustrade making it secure for young children and dogs; there is also a further open patio to the rear of the chalet. Both spaces have tables and chairs to enjoy outside dining. There is designated parking to the rear with space for 2 vehicles allowing direct easy access to the chalet.

The internal property spaces are as follows:

Kitchen
Fully functional kitchen with oven, grill and electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and large fridge and freezer. Ample cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils available for use. There is also a travel iron and small ironing board.

Living and dining room
Open plan living and dining space with sliding door access to the secure patio. It is fully furnished with a dining table set for 4 people and a living area with a 2 seater sofa and 2 arm chairs with throws and pillows. There is a TV with Freeview, and a DVD player with a selection of DVD’s. The room has dimmable lighting and is heated by a wall mounted electric radiator.

Bathroom
Full bathroom suite comprising of bath and electric shower over the bath with wall mounted heated towel rail.

Bedroom 1
Carpetted area with king size bed, 2 bedside tables and a chest of drawers for storage, heated by a wall mounted electric radiator.

Bedroom 2
Carpetted area with 2 single beds, a wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage, heated by a wall mounted electric radiator.

Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are all provided in the rental cost for any new bookings from Feb 2023
Electricity is also included in the price.
No smoking inside the property.

With prior arrangement, we allow up to 2 medium sized dogs (possibly 3 small dogs) at an additional cost of £15 per dog per stay.

No.83 is the ideal base for those wanting to enjoy long walks across the coastal paths, with only a short walk to Oxwich Bay, which is an all year round dog friendly beautiful sandy beach stretching all the way to Three Cliffs Bay. The chalet is also just a few minutes walk into the village, which has a small convenience store, fish & chip shop, The Beach House Restaurant and Oxwich Bay Hotel. During high season a water sports club operates from the beach with everything from stand up paddle boarding, kayaking to sailing. Oxwich Castle is also a short stroll away.

Surrounding Area:- Award winning Beaches and Blue Flag Beaches, Gower Heritage Centre, Perriswood Falconry & Archery Centre, Country Pubs, Near Coastal Path and various breath taking walking routes, Watersports & boat trips operating from the beach in High Season, Pony Trekking Nearby, Pick Your Own Fruit at Nicholston Farm when in season. Children’s indoor soft play and indoor pool 5 mins drive (Seasonal Opening Times). Swansea is a 20 mins drive with indoor Swimming Pool and Waterslides. Mumbles with its boutiques and coffee shops is 15 mins by car.

All bookings can be secured with a non-refundable £50 deposit plus a refundable £100 cleaning and damage bond. If you have any questions about the chalet or to make a booking, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note, our new cleaning company offer a full service of bed linen, bath and hand towels, bath mat and tea towel, the cost for this has already been added into the weekly price so there is no additional charge for this service
