A large self-catering family house in Rhossili in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on The Gower Peninsular; overlooking the Atlantic and iconic Worms Head. A twenty-minute walk to three beaches including the world renowned three-mile-long Rhossili Beach. A variety of tracks and routes abound for cyclists and walkers. The Village has a pub-restaurant, bistro and two cafes. 

The house has been empathetically modernised and provides more than adequately for a family holiday. On the first floor there are two king bedrooms, both with en-suite. A children’s bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds and twin stacker beds. 

Downstairs there is a further king bedroom with an adjacent family bathroom. 

The spacious kitchen-dining room has French doors on to a large veranda overlooking the front garden and the sea. A bright sitting room with views over the cliffs through a bay window has two large sofas, an arm chair and an Ottoman. The utility room has a washing machine, fridge freezer and wine cooler. A small snug room with tv and access to the back garden and a sitting area through sliding patio doors.

The house is surrounded by a large garden. The back garden has childrens’ playhouse, swings and a slide and a larger area for games. The front lawn overlooks the Bristol Channel to North Devon beyond. The driveway provides adequate parking for three cars.

House Rules:

• No smoking anywhere, no parties.
• IMPORTANT: Sanitary bins and disposal bags are provided for Sanitary products and Wet Wipes, as there is a septic tank sewerage system which biodegrades waste but cannot process Sanitary products/cotton buds and Wet Wipes.
• No pets.
• No groups.
